Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any gender Players who will be willing to participate Players who have minimum experience of 1 year at least 3 days in a week playing an hour per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players who have undergone soft tissue repair Players who have history of fracture and undergone for surgery in last one year Players who have lower extremity amputation
