Intervention1: Modified Progressive Copenhagen Exercise adjunct to Conventional physiotherapy for 8 weeks: (2 sessions in one week for 8 weeks) Levels 1 5 are isometric muscle contractions progressing

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Athletes Between the ages of 19-30 years (2)Recreational and Competitive Male and Female Futsal Athletes (3)At least 1 year of regular futsal playing experience. (4)Futsal athletes with weak Core Stability (5)Futsal athletes with weak adductors and abductors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals engaged in systematic resistance training of the hip adductors greater than 1 week in the preceding 1 month before study initiation 2 Any longstanding injury greater than 6 weeks in the lower extremities or in the hip/groin in the preceding 6 months prior to study initiation 3 As per protocol analysis players were excluded if there was an adherence of less than 75% of the exercise sessions 4 Pain of more than 2/10 on a numeric rating scale NPRS when performing the adduction strength tests or exercises 5 Groin pain resulting in loss of one or more football matches training sessions in the preceding 1 month prior to study initiation 6 History of significant lower limb surgeries or Trauma 7 Persistent or unresolved groin hip or lower back pain in the past 6 month
