Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: mild to severe anemia b12 deficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe anemia other co-morbidities like sickle cell disease, thalassemia, nephrotic syndrome, congenital heart diseases etc neurological manifestations, received blood transfusion in last 2 weeks had undergone gastric or duodenal surgeries in the past

Oral vitamin B12 treatment is as effective as Parenteral vitamin B12 treatment and can be set as the standard treatment protocol for megaloblastic anemiaTimepoint: 2 weeks, 6 weeks
