Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Informed consent of patient obtained. Patients undergoing forearm and hand surgeries under regional anaesthesia Age group 18-70 years ASA grade 1,2,3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal A history of drug allergy or local anaesthetic systemic toxicity BMI more than 40kg/m^2 Patients of ESRD and patients of COPD with frequent exacerbations Containdication to regional anaesthesia (bleeding diathesis, infection at the site of blockade, peripheral neuropathy).

| To compare the onset time of sensory blockade of costoclavicular Brachial Plexus Block with supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Block between 2 groups of patients (satisfying inclusion criteria) undergoing forearm and hand surgeries.Timepoint: Immediate after intervention, and every 3 minute interval for 30 mins ( at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30mins) after intervention. | — |

| To compare the duration of analgesiaTimepoint: Pain will be assessed using the NRS scale where patients will be asked to rate the pain they feel post operatively within a scale of 0-10. 0 being no pain, 10 being intolerable pain. It will be assessed immediately in the post-operative period and at an interval of 2, 4, 6, 12 and 24 hours, postoperatively.;To compare overall patient satisfactionTimepoint: Patients will be asked for their overall satisfaction after the procedure and asked to rate between 0 and 2. 0 being not satisfied, 1 being satisfied, 2 being highly satisfied | — |
