Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of Mild to Moderate Depression according to ICD 10 2. Educational qualification of patient to be minimum completion of Class 10 3. Patients giving consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe psychomotor agitation 2. Patients diagnosed with organic medical conditions 3. Patients with substance dependence, suicidality, severe depression and catatonia 4. Patients with organic brain disorders 5. Patients who are pregnant 6. Patients with physical, surgical or neurological conditions 7. Patients prescribed with sedatives(Benzodiazepine or anti-psychotic drugs)
