Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects confirmed by TSH equal or more than 5.0 to 50 mU per ml with or without associated decrease or increase in T3 & T4 Subjects of primary Hypothyroidism on conventional medications will be taken Subjects who are fit for Vamana douti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects suffering from Congenital Hypothyroidism (cretinism) & Secondary Hypothyroidism Subjects who have underwent any type of Thyroid surgery Pregnant women & lactating mothers Subjects suffering from any systemic disorders which would interfere with the present study

Subjective Assessment will be done with the help of scoring system Weight gain fatigue Constipation Hoarse voice Muscle weakness Objective: TSH T3 and T4 levels BMI Bodyweight Timepoint: The subjects will be administered Vamana Douti once in a week for 6 weeks along with selected yogic techniques for 45 days except on the day of Vamana douti
