Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient with clinical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi will be selected 2)Patient of age group between 20 -60 years will be selected 3) Patient will be selected irrespective of age and sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those Patient who not willing to give consent. 2)Patient will be excluded below age 20years and above 60 years old. 3)Patient with K/C/O 1.Spinal TB 2.severe Traumatic injury
