Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with obesity (based on BMI more or equal to 25). 2) Stable on current medication (if any) for atleast 3 months. 3) No participation in regular yoga or aquatic exercise in the past 6 months. 4) Willingness to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any symptomatic illness. 2)Subjects those who are under any psychological medications. 3)Alcoholics 4)Severe cardiovascular, renal, or hepatic diseases. During pregnancy, menstruation or lactation period. 5)Any orthopedic or neurological conditions contraindicating exercise. 6)Participation in any other structured exercise program during the study period.

1) To assess change in Body Mass Index (BMI) (kg/m ) to evaluate alterations in body composition and adiposity. 2) To assess change in body weight (kg) as an objective measure of weight management and metabolic health. 3) To assess change in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (mmHg) to quantify the changes in cardiovascular function and vascular resistance. 4) To assess change in resting heart rate (bpm) as an indicator of autonomic regulation and cardiovascular efficiency. 5) To assess change in respiratory rate (breaths per minute) reflecting pulmonary function and overall cardiorespiratory fitnessTimepoint: Pre-data: Collected one day before the first day of intervention. Post-data: Collected one day after the 10th day of intervention.
