Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Increased prostate gland volume 30 cc to 80 cc post void residual volume 50 ml to 200 ml IPSS SCORE MORE THAN 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: k/c/o Bladder or prostate carcinoma. Urinary bladder calculus Acute and chronic renal failure k/c/o Stricture urethra Patients with prior history of prostatic/urethral surgery or other invasive procedure to treat BPH. Males who participated in any other clinical trials in last 90 days.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in prostate gland volume will be assessed using Transabdominal Ultrasonogram before and after treatment.Timepoint: 1 year 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Reduction in International Prostate Symptom Score [IPSS SCORE] before and after treatment.For clinical significance IPSS MCID is 3 point decrease compared to baseline. 2.Reduction in Post Void Residual Urine Volume [PVR] will be assessed using Transabdominal Ultrasonogram before and after treatment. Timepoint: 1 year 6 months
