Inclusion criteria: Patient who will give consent to be part of the study. Patients more than 18 years of age admitted in the ICU.

Exclusion criteria: The patient who will refuse to participate in the study.

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the prevalence of Methicillin Resistance Staphylococcus Aureus infections (MRSA) among patients admitted to the Critical Care Unit of a tertiary care hospital. To identify and analyze the resistance and sensitivity patterns of MRSA isolates. To evaluate the clinical outcomes of patients with MRSA infections including duration of hospital stay recovery & mortality rate and long-term health impact. Timepoint: 6 Months and 1 Year 2. To identify and analyze the resistance and sensitivity patterns of MRSA isolates. 3. 1. To Determine Risk factors associated with MRSA infections. 2. To evaluate the effectiveness of current treatment protocols for MRSA infections & provide recommendations for improving management strategies. Timepoint: 6 months & 1 year
