Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18-65 years who present as transient or non responder following trauma and undergo damage control laparotomy and deemed unfit for primary sheath closure by operating surgeon.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe injuries who are not expected to survive beyond 24 to 48 hrs. 2. Pregnant females 3. Patients who had undergone previous laparotomies
