Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with tmj ankylosis. patients consenting for TMJ ankylosis management surgery under general anaesthesia. (management includes unilateral or bilateral coronoidectomy if needed, interpositional arthroplasty with temporomyofascial flap or abdominal fat, costochondral grafting in younger patients as needed )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: medically compromised patients. patients not consenting for TMJ ankylosis management surgery under general anaesthesia.
