Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with medial tibial stress syndrome Complaining diffused pain on palpation of the postero medial border of the tibia Recreational runners

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injury Trauma Open wound Skin sensitivity Recent fracture Vascular diseases
