Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Primi& multigravida patient who underwent normal vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic disorders like severe anaemia &DM Serology positive for HIV,HbsAg,Vdrl Local skin diseases at perineal region 3rd & 4th degree perineal tear
