Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 45 to 70 years Both the genders Diagnosed case of Grade 1 and 2 knee osteoarthritis according to Kellgren and Lawrence classification Tibiofemoral arthritis of the knee with the involvement of medial compartment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Lower limb fracture and or soft tissue repair in last 12 months Other associated pathologies eg bursitis canal stenosis radiating pain to legs Patients on steroid therapy or history of steroid consumption Cardiac conditions which include Congestive heart failure unstable angina recent myocardial infraction uncontrolled hypertension Patients who are on radiation therapy Cancer patients having low bone quality Vascular conditions which include deep vein thrombosis
