Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age of child less than 1 year Presence of unilateral or bilateral idiopathic CTEV Parents of child must give consent to take part in study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Child having age more than 1 year Previously treated with plaster cast application or any other method Previously operated for clubfoot Atypical, syndromic or secondary clubfoot Parents of the child not giving consent to take part in study. Child who only require manipulation of foot without casting
