Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of Parikartika having duration lass than upto 4 weeks Age group between 15 to 50 years of either gender controlled hypertension RBS is less than or equal to 140 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fissure-in-ano having duration- more than 4 weeks or as developed sentinel tag. Age group less than 15 years and greater than 50 years. Patient suffering from malignancy. Patient suffering from HIV, VDRL, Hepatitis-b, T.B, HCV, paralysis, parkinsonism, known case of cardiac diseases or secondary causes. Fissure-in-ano associated with fistula and fissure bed infections. Ulcerative colitis, Crohn s disease, STDs. Patient suffering from diabetes mellitus.
