Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Volunteer willing to practice Sookshma meditation for one week will be pate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study will exclude individuals with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes, chronic infections, or those taking antipsychotic medications. Additionally, chronic smokers, alcoholics, or drug addicts will not be included in the study
