Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who were willing to participate in the study and sign the written informed consent form. male amateur badminton players selected for the study. Players with at least two year of regular badminton training. Free of lower and upper extremity injuries, pathology and visual disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with recent injury. Individual with chronic medical conditions that may affect exercise participation. Any contraindications to the prescribed exercises. No pre-existing musculoskeletal injuries affecting performance. Not continuing after the 4th week of the training. Not participating in at least 3 consecutive practices during the trainings.
