Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having BMI between 25-34.9, Weight, Waist: hip ratio, Weight circumference measurement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having severe hypertension, DM, hormonal imbalance, Patients having history of serious systemic diseases like cardio vascular disorders, renal & hepatic impairment., Patients with PCOD & other gynaecological complaints.
