Inclusion criteria: 1. Students who have mobile themselves 2. Students who use mobile phone regularly for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal disorder or anomalies (scolosis,spine deformity) 2. Recent surgeries in neck and shoulder region 3. Who had history of recent fracture or history of trauma other chronic illness
