Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subject with mild to moderately severe hearing loss ranging from 26db to 70 db subject with intact tympanic membrane subjects who are fit for nasya karma procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with congenital hearing loss subjects with otorrhoea hearing loss caused due to benign and maglinant tumors pregnant and lactating women subjects presenting with major systemic diseases that may interfere with course of treatment subjects with ear wax occluding external auditory canal.
