Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient with classical symptom of ghridhrasi,severe pain on squatting positive slr, positive lassegue test, non involvement of rectum and bladder symptom

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less then 20 and more then 70 yrs duration of illness more then 2 yrs Monoplegia paraplegia Hip joint arthritis T.B spine Pelvic Pathology Traumatic lesion in lumbosacral region pt with systemic illness and immunocompromised pregnant and lactating mother
