Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with a diagnosis or suspected to have 1. Acute CVA (Ischemic stroke, Hemorrhagic stroke, Subarachnoid hemorrhage) 2. Traumatic brain injury 3. Seizures 4.Meningitis/ Meningoencephalitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ophthalmologic or periorbital pathology 2. Soft tissue edema in the face or periorbital area that prevented eye opening
