Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women between 24-32 weeks will be selected for the study. After performing baseline Oral glucose tolerance test with 75-gram glucose load, as per ADA 2025 criteria, subjects to be divided into GDM group and non-GDM group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1, Type 2 diabetes and known overt diabetes. 2. Any known systemic illness. 3. Known pulmonary disease, psychiatric, immunological, neoplastic diseases. 4. Uncorrected Hypothyroidism. 5. Participating in dietary program or using of weight-loss medications. 6. History of illicit drug abuse or alcoholism. 7. Use of psychotropic medication during the month immediately prior to study onset. 8. Night shift workers.
