Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic hyperuricemic patients having serum Uric acid level above 6.8mg/dl and below 9 mg/dl Participants aged between 18 to 60 years irrespective of their caste, religion and gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with symptoms, secondary Gout, pre diagnosed cases of Arthritis. Participants taking other medication for hyperuricemia. Severe Systemic illness such as Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes Mellitus etc. Pregnant women and lactating mother. Participants having completed any other trial with in past 6 months. Participants having 4 to 6 coffee daily
