Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to give informed consent to the study Drug naive Clinically diagnosed with depression according to ICD 10 DCR

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals not giving consent Severe depression Active suicidal ideation Bipolar depression, psychotic symptoms, substance use disorder (excluding nicotine), pregnancy or postpartum period Untreated co-morbidities that require immediate surgical or medical interventions Intellectual disability
