Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients irrespective of Gender, Socioeconomic conditions 2) Patients having lakshanas of Chittodvega 3) Patients upto moderate level of anxiety(below 14 points on GAD 7 scales)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients taking psychotropic drugs four weeks prior to study 2) Substance abuse like Alcohol 3) Pregnant & Lactating women
