Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having symptoms of vatrakta (hyperuricemia) such as Swelling ( stabdha kathin grathit soth ) , Intense pain (ativedana), Local discoloration or redness (shyavatamra tvak vivarnata ) Burning (daha) ,Sphuran -Akunchan(splitting pain ) patient having no symptoms of vatrakta will be taken as control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Amavata or Sandhivata Any other major Illness Known case of Diabetic nephropathy or Kidney relate major disease Patients not come under above criteria of age
