Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals over 60 years of age, regardless of their gender, religion, or vocation. 2 Individuals who had a score of greater than nine on the Geriatric Depression Scale Participants who are open to participating in the research. 3 Subjects who are able to articulate their emotions clearly and who are not experiencing psychosis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants who are younger than 60. 2 Subjects with a Geriatric Depression Scale score of less than nine points. 3 Participants who decline to participate in the research. 4 Individuals experiencing any kind of psychosis. 5 Subjects receiving medication for any systemic diseases and under any other therapeutic regimen
