Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female subjects. Age group: 20 45 years. Subjects diagnosed with calf muscle tightness. Patients with non-specific low back pain (NSLBP) persisting for more than 3 months. Pain localized to the lower lumbar spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of traumatic injuries to spine. 2. Clinical diagnosis of lumbar radiculopathy. 3. Clinical diagnosis of disc herniation, spondylolisthesis, spondylosis and SI joint dysfunction. 4. Paraesthesia in lower limb. 5. History of neurological conditions. 6. Previous spinal surgery. 7. Known case of any inflammatory condition. 8. Subjects with Belonephobia. 9. Skin problem at lower leg 10. History of cancer 11. Any cognitive impairment 12. Not willing to participate in the study 13. Bleeding disorders 14. Known cases of blood transmitted diseases e.g. HIV AIDS, Hepatitis
