Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants Aged between 40 to 75 years of age of all gender. Who are diagnosed cases of Type 2 diabtetes more than 5years and less than 10years Who are on insulin dependent oral drugs Willing to participate in the study Active participants who can walk for 6days per week Morning walkers for minimum 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to understand and use the app appropriately. Who are cognitively impaired. Who are diagnosed with Neurological defect
