Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from various types of Ajirna(Amajirna,Vidagdhajirna,Vishtbdhajirna,Rasasheshajirna) Patient with decreased Agni Bala (digestive power) Patient suffering from any other systemic Di’s causing indigestion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with known case of chronic disease like tuberculosis,cance of GIT,stomach ulcer,ulcerative colitis,HIV,DM,pancreatitis,liver disease and pregnancy. Patient with known case of pleural effusion,severe anaemia,AKI,CKD,CCF will be excluded. Patient who undergone Gastrointestinal surgery. Patient consuming long term medication for any other cause which affects digestive system. Chronic alcoholic and smoker patients. Unwilling to participate or refusing consent.
