Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA 1 & 2 Elective laparoscopic surgeries with an expected duration of greater than two hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known Smokers Obesity with BMI greater than or equal to 30. Surgeries in Trendelenburg position. Pre-existing respiratory disorders & cardiovascular diseases. Abnormalities on chest X-ray & Spirometry

To study the effects of Different Inspiratory Pause Ratios on Carbon dioxide washout & Airway Pressure in Volume-Controlled Ventilation during Laparoscopic Abdominal Surgeries.Timepoint: Baseline with TP0, 15 minutes after pneumoperitoneum stabilization. With TP10%, 15 min from baseline. With TP20%, 30 min from baseline. With TP40%, 45 min from baseline.
