Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All elective cases of laparoscopic gynecological surgeries in women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Women diagnosed with Diabetes mellitus. 2)Suspected infective foci. 3)Previously treated with steroids.
