Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between the results of the POCT CBC analyzer (Morph X) and automated traditional analyzer (SYSMEX). The primary outcome is to evaluate the degree of correlation between the results obtained from Morph X and the results obtained from the automated CBC analyzer. The comparison will assess key parameters, such as: oHemoglobin concentration oWBC count oRBC count oRBC indices [MCV, MCH, MCHC, RDW, Hematocrit] oPlatelet count oWBC Differential countTimepoint: Every 4 weeks: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48 weeks.
