Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists Grade 1 and 2 , BMI 25-30 , GCS more than or equal to 14 , Supratentorial lesions, undergoing elective craniotomy surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal , Regular Smokers
