Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vertical bony defects , clinical attachment loss more than or equal to 5mm , probing depth more than or equal to 5 mm, radiographic intraosseous defect more than or equal to 3 mm , systemically healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)PREGNANT OR LACTATING MOTHERS. 2)PATIENTS WITH KNOWN SYSTEMIC DISEASE OR BLOOD DYSCRASIAS OR ON ANY MEDICATION KNOWN TO INTERFERE WITH OUTCOMES OF PERIODONTAL THERAPY. 3)CURRENT SMOKERS, TOBACCO CHEWERS AND ALCOHOLIC PATIENTS. 4)PREVIOUSLY TREATED FOR PERIODONTAL DISEASE WITHIN 6 MONTHS. 5)HISTORY OF ALLERGY
