Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All the women in age group of 18-49 years who want medical abortion till 70 days or 10 weeks of period of gestation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with hemoglobin less than 10g per dl. Women with suspected or confirmed Ectopic pregnancy. Women with any coagulopathy or on anticoagulants. Women with chronic adrenal insufficiency or failure Addison disease or systemic corticosteroid therapy, uncontrolled hypertension or any severe cardiovascular, seizure disorder, respiratory, renal or hepatobiliary diseases.

To Study the efficacy and outcome of medical method of abortion till 70 days of gestation.Timepoint: To determine the efficacy of medical method of abortion with respect to route of drug administration To study the outcome of medical method of abortion with respect to period of gestation. To assess the complications following medical abortion. To assess the need for additional doses of misoprostol to complete the process of abortion.
