Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Cases with confirmed diagnosis by signs symptoms of Vataj Kasa 2 Duration of illness not more than 1 week 3 Repeated attacks of Vataj Kasa 4 Patients of either sex with Age between 18 years to 60 years 5 Patients will be selected irrespective of age gender socioeconomic status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with co-morbidities like Diabetes Mellitus Ischemic Heart Diseases and other serious cardiovascular disorders 2 Pregnancy and Lactating Mothers 3 Known case of Tuberculosis Pneumonia Bronchial asthma Bronchial carcinoma occupational lung disease Allergic Bronchopulmonary Aspergillosis etc 4 Patients giving history of Hematemesis Hemoptysis during cough
