Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 University students aged 18-25 years. 2. Individuals diagnosed with Forward Head Posture. 3. Participants experiencing mild to moderate neck or shoulder pain for at least 3 months. 4. Willingness to participate and ability to provide informed consent. 5. No recent history of scapular strengthening exercises within the past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with any diagnosed cervical or shoulder pathology such as cervical disc herniation, rotator cuff tears, or severe osteoarthritis. 2. History of trauma or surgery in the neck or shoulder region. 3. Participants with neurological conditions affecting posture and mobility. 4. Use of pain relief medications or physical therapy treatments for neck or shoulder in the last 3 months. 4. Pregnancy or any other medical condition contraindicating exercise participation.
