Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants with positive Windlass test. 2.Severe pain with the first steps arising in the morning or following inactivity during the day. The pain usually lessens with weight-bearing activity during the day, only to worsen with continued activity. 3.Pain is made worse on walking barefoot or upstairs. 4.On examination, maximal tenderness is elicited on palpation over the inferior heel corresponding to the site of attachment of the plantar fascia. 5.Participants with unilateral plantar fasciitis. 6.Age 25-65 Years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating mothers 2.Gout 3.Those having Calcaneal Spur, calcification of plantar fascia or having similar clinical conditions on x-ray 4.Those having Diabetes Mellitus and its complications. 5.Any other chronic systemic complications
