Inclusion criteria: Individual working longer than 12 months Working 12 or more hours per day Willing to participate in program for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, or neurological disorders Participants using drugs for respiratory and cardiovascular conditions Participants with a known history of smoking or alcohol
