Inclusion criteria: Wearing heels for at least 4 hours per 4 days in a week Increased value of Q angle Age-18-35 Gender-Female Profession-University student and faculty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who are not high heel in week. Male population Age more than 35 years Decreased Q angle Other profession than university students or faculty
