Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Ages ranging from 18 30 years will be included in the study 2) Subjects who are willing to participate in the study 3) Both genders are included in the study 4) Subjects who can remain fasting for 6-8 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Weak and debilitating individuals 2) Subjects with any illness/ those under medications 3) Those who have undergone recent surgeries, injuries or trauma 4) Smokers and alcoholics 5) Subjects who have caffeine addiction are excluded from the study
