Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Selection as per the Diagnostic criteria of dadru. Patients will be diagnosed on the basis of clinical features of Dadru Kushtha Lakshana:- 1) Kandu 1) Raga 2) Udgata mandala With or without following symptoms like Daha (Burning sensation) , Raukshya (Dryness),Pidika (Eruptions) .Patints of age 18 to 70 year. Patients selection will be irrespective of social economic status and gender.Willing to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under long standing medication.(Steroids)( more than 21 Days Continued or Inermediate in last 8 weeks.)

To evaluate the efficacy of kanchani taila in reducing kandu,raga,udgata mandala Assessment criteria 1.kandu with the help of grading 0- no kandu ,1- kandu 2 to 3 times 2- recurrence more than 3 episodes/day, 3-continuous kandu 2. Number of mandala 3. Size of mandala in sq.cmTimepoint: 15 days
