Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently Healthy individuals Age 20 to 30 years. Individual willing to participate in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals below the age of 20 years and above the age of 30 years. Individual not willing to participate in the trial. Chronic disease, Backache, recent injury. History of any Major surgery in the recent past. History of Prolonged medicine intake.
