Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All 3DCRT left sided breast cancer patients will be included. 2. All patients will be included with their informed consent. 3. Moderate Hypo fractionated adjuvant RT (40 Gy in 15 fractions) patients will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients those who are unable to understand the DIBH instructions. 2. Major chest wall deformation. 3. Patients having pulmonary diseases such as COPD, asthma, active tuberculosis.

MeasureTime frame
To determine the difference in the number of patients capable of performing DIBH with the support of audio and visual aids compared to standard DIBH training.Timepoint: 3 YEARS

MeasureTime frame
To assess the impact of audio and visual aids on: 1. Simulation time. 2. Treatment time. 3. Reducing the number of actual demonstration sessions required. 4. Dose comparisons between organs at risk (OARs), specifically the heart and lungs.Timepoint: 3 YEARS
