Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age group: 60-70 years - Forward head posture - Stage 1 hypertension (controlled) - Smoking cessation duration: 10+ years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Uncontrolled systemic conditions - Recent chest/spinal surgeries (last 3 months) - Physically active individuals or athletes
