Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Newly diagnosed case of interstitial lung disease -patient with hrct thorax findings of ild -patients with cough more than 3 months -patients with dyspnoea more than 3 months -patient having any multisystemic involvement -patient age more than 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Not willing to give consent -non-complaint patients
